Women in Construction

SYNCON is proud to celebrate Syncon’s Woman in Construction Week.

Thanks to women like Emily Roebling, Louise Blanchard Bethune, Lillian Gilbreth, Nora Stanton Blatch Barney who started paving the path for women back in the 1800s.    

Today women continue to break barriers and pave the way for the future one step at a time proving that a more diverse and inclusive industry is needed.
