Chris Brandt brings a unique blend of operational expertise and relationship-driven leadership to his role at Syncon, LLC. With a career spanning executive positions in construction operations and preconstruction management, Chris has built a reputation for aligning project delivery with client goals-both in the field and at the strategic level.
Before joining Syncon, Chris held senior roles at top firms including Spaw Glass General Contractors (Superintendent to VP of Preconstruction Operations), 3D International (Vice President of Construction Operations), and Hourigan Construction (Executive Vice President). He also led his own firm, CB Consulting, where he advised on project execution, team development, and business growth. His background equips him to bridge technical execution with high-impact business development, helping clients navigate complex projects from concept through completion. At Syncon, Chris focuses on:
- Strengthening client relationships across federal, municipal, and commercial sectors
- Supporting project execution strategies aligned with operational goals
- Building long-term partnerships grounded in trust, clarity, and value
Chris’s commitment to community is equally strong. A lifelong YMCA member and advocate, he serves as Board Chair of the Mount Trashmore and Town Center YMCAs and is a Board Member of the YMCA of South Hampton Roads. His broader civic involvement includes:
