Scope
The facility was designed by Tymoff + Moss. Chris Brandt (Syncon Business Development) was the Executive Vice President at another large GC firm during the entire design and construction. Fine Arts Theatre with seating for 350. Glass curtain wall wrapped around the front entry and enclosing a 5,000 s.f. main lobby/foyer used for pre-performance functions.
Challenge
The challenge was the purchase and installation of the Theatre equipment, including the main stage curtains and back drop curtains and lighting.
Solution
These items were pre-purchased by the Stage Equipment Subcontractor and delivered ahead of the actual required time.
