Scope

SYNCON served as the General Contractor for the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) Army Base Treatment Plant Administration Building Renovation in Norfolk, Virginia. The project included the renovation of an existing two-story, approximately 9,300-square-foot Administration Building, a 2,500-square-foot office and laboratory addition, and the renovation of the existing approximately 2,000-square-foot E&I Building, including office, locker room, and restroom modifications.

Solution

Construction ran from September 2024 to July 2026. SYNCON maintained effective communication, adhered to project schedules, and worked collaboratively with HRSD, the design team, and project stakeholders, delivering the project on time and within budget.
