SYNCON was pleased to support the July 4 Parade & Picnic at Lakeside Park in the historic South Norfolk area of Chesapeake, Virginia.

This annual event, a celebration of patriotism and community pride, is organized by the South Norfolk Civic League and the Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism Department, and supported by local businesses and organizations.
